# Managing Your Subscription

Change plans, upgrade, downgrade, and control your subscription

## Viewing Your Subscription

Log in to fabric.carmel.so

Go to Settings > Billing

View your current plan, usage, and billing info

## Upgrading Your Plan

Move to a higher plan for more limits:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Change Plan" or "Upgrade"

Select your new plan

Confirm

**What happens:**

- Upgrade takes effect immediately
- New limits available right away
- Pro-rated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle

## Downgrading Your Plan

Switch to a lower-cost plan:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Change Plan"

Select the lower plan

Confirm

**What happens:**

- Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
- Keep current limits until then
- Next invoice reflects the new price

## Switching to a Custom Plan

Build a plan tailored to your needs:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Build Custom Plan"

Select workloads and set limits

Review pricing with volume discounts

Confirm subscription

**Custom plan changes:**

- Take effect at next billing cycle
- Can switch back to a standard plan anytime

## Cancelling Your Subscription

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Confirm cancellation

**What happens:**

- Access continues until billing period ends
- No further charges
- Reverts to free tier at period end
- Can reactivate anytime

## Reactivating a Subscription

After cancellation:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Subscribe" or "Reactivate"

Choose your plan

Enter payment info

Subscription starts immediately

## Changing Overage Limits

Control how much you can spend beyond plan limits:

Go to Settings > Billing

Find "Overage Limit"

Set your preferred limit ($0-$10,000)

Save

Changes take effect immediately.

## Updating Payment Method

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Payment Method" or "Update Card"

Enter new card details

Save

Your new card is used for the next invoice.

## Purchasing Add-On Packs

Add more capacity without changing plans:

**Page Packs (for website crawling):**

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Purchase Page Pack"

Select pack size

Complete payment

**Image Packs (for Image ML):**

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Purchase Image Pack"

Select pack size

Complete payment

Packs are one-time and expire at your billing cycle end.

## Billing Cycle

**Start date:** When you first subscribed

**Renewal:** Same day each month

**Invoice:** Generated at renewal

Usage resets to zero at each renewal.

## Proration

**Upgrades:**

You pay the price difference pro-rated for the remaining days in your cycle.

Example: Upgrade from Starter ($29.99) to Pro ($149) with 15 days left:

- Difference: $119.01
- Pro-rated: $119.01 x (15/30) = ~$59.50

**Downgrades:**

No refund. The lower plan takes effect next cycle.

## Invoices & Receipts

View and download invoices:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click "Billing History" or "Invoices"

Download any invoice as PDF

Invoices include:

- Subscription charges
- Overage charges
- Add-on pack purchases

## Enterprise & Custom Billing

For Enterprise plans or custom arrangements:

- Contact your account manager for changes
- Annual billing options available
- Custom invoicing for procurement needs
